The Charlotte metropolitan region would not have any other H&M locations outside these two stores and the one that is scheduled to open in the SouthPark Mall. It was announced in June 2014 that Taubman Centers will sell Northlake Mall to Starwood Capitol Group as part of a portfolio of malls for a total acquisition price of $1.4 billion for the portfolio as a whole.
